Hello, Again, I'm Adam Sola, the founder and CEO of Awakened Mental Health. Thank you for being here.

I know that being vulnerable is extremely difficult, I also know what it’s like to be anxious or depressed. I can remember being so anxious that I didn’t want to leave the house sometimes, or felt so “blah” that the things I once loved seemed boring. I know what it’s like to be in a relationship and feel like that connection you once had will never come back, or that no matter what you do you can’t seem to get on the same page with your partner anymore. I know what it’s like to feel out of control of your body or your emotions. But what I also know is that these things can change. Someone helped me change all of these things, and I hope you’ll trust me enough to help you. I know that by allowing yourself to open up to someone else, you can truly change your circumstances and situation.

Awakened Mental Health isn't just your average psychotherapy practice. Our purpose is to empower you to thrive using a trauma-informed approach, devoid of judgment and consistently inclusive.

Getting Started

Telehealth Sessions

Currently, all services are provided through Telehealth Technology. We know that no single style or modality of treatment is right for everyone.  However, at this time telehealth has become the standard for psychotherapy and counseling sessions. We hope to allow for in person sessions in the future.

Telehealth sessions do provide many benefits however. One can attend sessions on a much more flexible schedule, as all that is required is a private space with a stable internet connection and either a computer or cell phone with the ability to make video calls.

We are now able to access services from the comfort of our own homes. No longer must we drive 20-30 minutes to an unfamiliar location only to drive all the way back home again. Lastly, and for the first time ever, if we do not feel safe, it’s a simple click of a button to return to the safety of our homes.
